A classic of Peruvian confectionery, made just like homemade. Our pionono combines a soft vanilla sponge cake, moistened with a delicate Pisco Italia syrup, and rolled with a generous filling of manjar blanco prepared slowly in a pot, finished with a touch of shredded coconut.
